Howard, a retired teacher, is very active in the fine arts. In his studio at
the Pendleton Art Center in Over-The Rhine, he paints and shows his work including painting and pottery.Howard has been turning children on to art through the Green School" Artists in Action" Program for over fifteen years.
He demonstrates his artistry and offers his work at Art Shows including Hyde Park, Montgomery, Medeira, Covington, and Loveland's Artspolooza.
He also offers his work through the Newport on the Levee Pendleton Art Gallery, Art Design Consultants, and other Galleries.
Howard teaches pottery throwing as part of Community AdultEducation programs in the Cincinnati area.
He earned his BA from Western State College at Gunnison,Colorado and a MFA in visual art from The University of Oregon in Eugene.
